I’m Nanou, a proud mother of two and a passionate pastry chef with a deep love for French pâtisserie—especially choux pastry. For years, I’ve been perfecting the art of creating elegant, indulgent treats that bring joy with every bite. After moving to Australia, I felt inspired to share a piece of my French heritage by introducing this beautiful country to one of my greatest passions: éclairs.
