Where and when do I pick up my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the date and time. We are located in Hamersley, WA. You'll be given a pick-up time and address during the ordering process.

Can I get a sample of your eclairs?

Currently we don't offer any kind of samples online however you can come and meet us at Hillary’s, Kingsley, Inglewood markets! 

When is your cut-off day?

Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance of your preferred pickup day.


Is it possible to order products for two different dates?

Yes. Place two separate orders and you will receive two confirmation emails.

Can you deliver my order?

YES! We are currently offering a free delivery locally and tiered payment to certain distances up to 20km from Hamersley. We also offer free pickup to all customers.

Can I customise my eclair order?

Absolutely! We offer multiple kinds of customisation for your eclair orders. For special occasions like weddings we offer completely customised orders with custom art. Do you have vegan or gluten-free options?

Unfortunately at this time we can not offer other options due to the nature of our traditional recipe.
